For producers & consumers alike ARISTOIL website will provide the basis for delivering a consistently high quality high phenolic olive oil. We will present the latest research here first along with interviews with the world experts in their fields.

The goal is to create a cluster of well educated olive growers who are able to consistently produce high phenolic olive oil that conforms or surpasses the 432/2012 EU Health claim labeling regulation for polyphenols. This cluster will expand to include olive growers from 5 countries Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Italy and Spain. We will implement a strict protocol all along the supply chain integration for handling and storing this new category of extra virgin olive oil for health. We created the Aristoleo Awards in 2016 to bring transparency and clarity to the real health benefits of phenolic compounds in olive oil.

We will certify the olive oil for phenolic concentrations using the advanced analytical tools such as the NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) and LC-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometer), We will also certify the bottling facilities, warehousing, transportation companies, restaurants, hotels, and the retail or online outlets to ensure the high phenolic content is maintained throughout the supply chain.
